Victor’s unbridled energy and enthusiasm for every job has made his work legendary among the elite contractors of northern California.

Working closely with top designers and architects, Victor’s remodels have been featured in architectural and designer publications. With attention to detail, Victor gives artistic control back to the client. With weekly on-site meetings, you will be apprised of each important step of construction. Structural details, appliance locations, materials, colors, all the various aspects of your project can change during the course of construction.

We will protect your personal belongings. Your floors, carpets, and furniture will be carefully covered while work is in progress.

We will keep the work area safe and clean. All tools and equipment will either be removed each day or safely stored. Nails and debris will be properly disposed of.

We will minimize inconvenience. We know that having remodeling or repairs done to your home can be inconvenient, so we will do our best to expedite the work. We will also seal off work areas when necessary to prevent dust from spreading throughout your home.

We will keep communications open. Management is always only a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns. We answer all calls personally in minimal response time.
